Is the art original?
Yes, all of the artworks are original handpainted works.
Do you also sell prints?
Not at the moment.
What is the name of the style of your paintings?
I like to call it “Expressive portraits” or “Disrupted Realism”.
Are the people in your paintings real existing persons?
Some of them are (mainly the older paintings) but most of them are imaginary people.
I would like you to paint my daughter/son/mother-in-law/myself. Is that possible?
I only do commissions in very specific conditions. Please contact me with your request and I will consider it.
I only see small and medium sizes on your website. Do you have larger paintings?
Yes I do! Most of the large ones are 120 x 80 cm, some even larger. The reason they are not on the website is because they are more difficult to ship (depending on your country). Contact me if you want more information about these pantings.
Are the paintings framed?
The paintings are sold unframed. They hang beautifully on your wall without frame. If you would like a frame, please let me know. I can frame them for you at a small extra cost. You can also always get them framed yourself at any frame- or artshop.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, the paintings can be shipped worldwide. The price for packaging and shipping depends on where you live:
Benelux: € 30
Europe: € 50
World: € 80
Due to technical reasons only a select number of countries is foreseen in the shop process. If you want to buy a painting and your country is not listed on the checkout page, please contact me.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, all major credit cards are accepted. You can also pay by direct bank transfer, PayPal or Bancontact.
Will the painting arrive safely?
Yes. The paintings are packaged in bubblewrap in a cardboard box. I have already sold and shipped more than 150 paintings worldwide and hardly ever had any problems. And even when I had the occasional problem, I was able to fix it so all parties where happy.
I have a problem with a sent package. What now?
Don’t be afraid to contact me and we wil sort it out. I am very approachable and friendly…
What is your refund policy?
I am quite confident you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund.
